Refund Policy

1. How to apply

After signing in, choose a refund type and submit your reason at the support center in My subscription. Do not enter card numbers, passwords, or verification codes.

2. Eligible for review

  • Duplicate payment
  • AI Team seat and dedicated email not provided due to company fault after payment
  • Issued access information has a critical error that prevents normal use
  • An additional payment occurred after cancellation was completed

3. Limits after session use

If you have created or used a conversation session at least once on your AI Team seat, refunds are in principle not available. We check session usage when you apply for a refund; statutory exceptions such as duplicate payment, service not received due to company fault, or service provided differently from what was advertised are reviewed separately.

4. Cancellation

Cancelling the subscription stops the next automatic payment, and you can use the service until the current billing period's end date. After the access period ends, AI Team seat access is revoked.

5. Processing time

After reviewing your request, we send the result to your sign-up email. Approved refunds may take time to actually reflect depending on the processing schedule of Whop and your payment method.
