Items collected and purpose
We process your sign-in email, display name, Whop membership and payment status, service issuance status, and inquiry content for account authentication, subscription confirmation, providing AI Team seat access, customer support, and dispute handling. Card details are not collected or stored by CSToken directly.
Sign-in information
Email sign-in links and customer sessions are managed as hashes or secure cookies rather than plaintext. AI Team seat sign-in links and verification codes are not stored in general operational logs and are delivered to the customer's email.
Processing entrustment and overseas services
To provide the service we may use Cloudflare, Whop, Mailgun, and the AI Team seat provider, and information may be processed according to each service's policy and applicable law.
Retention and deletion
Account and service information is retained until service termination and for the retention period required by applicable law. Payment and consumer-dispute records may be kept for the period required by law and operations.
